ECAC Lacrosse League Game Televised This Saturday
CENTERVILLE, Mass. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Lacrosse League announced today its first widely circulated television broadcast for the 2011 season. Bellarmine University visits Hobart College for a 7:00 p.m. EDT face-off this Saturday. The game can be seen live on six regional sports networks spanning the northeast, as well as in Kentucky and Missouri, in addition to any satellite and cable providers that carry Fox College Sports.
The game will be aired on Fox College Sports (DirecTV channel 617), Cox Sports 3 (Conn./R.I.), Time Warner Cable Metro Sports (Kansas City, Mo.), Wazoo Sports Network (Ky./Ind.), The Sports Network (New York) and Time Warner Sports Net (New York). Check your local listings for available channels.
The host Statesmen will be looking to avenge their 2010 loss to the Knights, a 10-5 final which marks the only meeting between the two teams. First-year head coach Bart Sullivan and Bellarmine will be vying for their first ECAC win of 2011 as they enter this weekend with a 4-8 record (0-3 in conference). Coach T.W. Johnson and Hobart stand in sixth place in the conference with a 4-6 mark, 1-2 against the ECAC field.
